Completion statement

This page is complete as a public configuration record. It identifies the hull-9 customization without inventing valve positions, flushing steps or water-quality decisions that the source does not establish.

Corrected current configuration

The July 2026 hull-9 status supersedes the older customization sheet previously summarized here.

  • One Dessalator AC Pro D300 is recorded installed.
  • Rated production in the builder record is 300 litres per hour.
  • Electrical supply is 230 V AC, 50 Hz.
  • The scope includes a chart-table display and maintenance kit.
  • The vessel also has pre-plumbing and electrical/data provision for a future second watermaker. The later record does not show a second unit installed.
  • The pressure-water system uses two pumps and a stainless-steel expansion tank; a reversible transfer pump serves the fresh-water tanks.

What this record does—and does not—prove

It establishes one recorded unit, capacity, electrical supply and control provision. It does not prove combined output from two units, because the latest evidence supports only a future-second-unit provision. It also does not verify the final plumbing route or guarantee rated production in every operating condition.

Operating dependencies to control

A released procedure must identify and verify the actual:

  • seawater intake and strainer path;
  • feed and high-pressure pump arrangement;
  • pre-filter specification and change condition;
  • product-water diversion and tank-selection path;
  • fresh-water flush sequence;
  • salinity acceptance threshold and test method;
  • power-source and load-management requirement; and
  • lay-up or preservation procedure for the expected idle period.

Commissioning acceptance items

  1. Match the installed model and electrical nameplate to the record.
  2. Trace and label the actual seawater, reject-water and product-water paths.
  3. Confirm the remote control operates the intended unit.
  4. Produce water under normal seawater conditions and record output rate.
  5. Verify product-water quality before admitting it to a tank.
  6. Demonstrate automatic and manual flushing functions.
  7. Record baseline pressures, flow, current and salinity for later troubleshooting.
  8. Inventory the correct filters, consumables, preservation chemicals and service tools.

Stop conditions

The public record does not define numerical alarm limits. The crew procedure must require shutdown and investigation for loss of feed water, abnormal pressure, leakage, unusual noise, electrical protection trip, failed salinity acceptance or any indication that reject water or chemicals could enter a potable-water tank.

Record limitations

The older CP33 sheet used the phrase “second watermaker,” but the later status marks that customization cancelled and separately records the D300 plus future-unit provision. The later vessel-specific status controls this public summary. The operating checklist remains blocked until the manufacturer manual and as-installed plumbing/electrical commissioning records are matched aboard.
