Completion statement

The source index is complete for the 138-file technical-library import made on 24 August 2026. “Complete” means the available evidence is indexed; it does not mean every drawing is final or every installation has been physically accepted.

Controlling source order

1. Newest issued P650#09 / 650-9 / Lucky Enough record.
2. Current builder configuration/status sheet.
3. As-installed commissioning evidence and physical verification aboard.
4. Manufacturer manual for the exact installed model.
5. Generic P650 material only where a hull-9 record does not conflict.

P650#7 “Blu” files are reference-only and never override hull-9 evidence. A filename containing “OK” records source-file status, not independent proof of installation.

Access boundary

The public website names the sources so crew and service personnel know what exists. Proprietary drawings, exact routing, serial numbers, registration data and security-sensitive layouts remain in the controlled library.
