Propulsion

  • Two Yanmar 4LV-150 diesel engines.
  • KMH50H inboard shaft transmissions.
  • Two four-blade Max-Prop feathering propellers in the latest configuration status.
  • The EU Declaration of Conformity records shaft-drive propulsion and two installed 110 kW engines.

Fuel

  • Two aluminium main tanks of 1,000 L each.
  • The hull-9 customization adds 500 L total capacity, producing a recorded design total of 2,500 L.
  • A reversible fuel-transfer pump is recorded.
  • Each engine and generator is served by selectable duplex turbine filters/water separators.
  • Builder correspondence dated 11 May 2026 identifies a Griffin GTB228DM-MA duplex transparent 30-micron diesel filter in the fuel-protection arrangement.

The figures above are design/configuration values. Usable capacity, gauge calibration, transfer limits and trapped/unusable fuel require measured commissioning data before passage calculations rely on them.

Low-speed maneuvering

The current status records a Jet Thruster flow-through bow-thruster installation in place of the standard retractable unit. The detailed installation, operating limits and overheat/duty-cycle behavior must be taken from the exact installed manufacturer documentation.

Acceptance items

  1. Record engine, transmission and propeller commissioning data.
  2. Verify shaft alignment, seal condition and propeller pitch/settings.
  3. Calibrate each tank and prove transfer direction, shutoff and overflow control.
  4. Confirm filter changeover without introducing air.
  5. Test engine, fuel and exhaust alarms at the approved method.
  6. Establish thruster duty limits and loss-of-thrust response.
  7. Retain oil, coolant, fuel and propeller service specifications in the private parts register.

Record limitation

This is a system record, not a start, shutdown, fuel-transfer or docking procedure. Those remain blocked until demonstrated aboard.
