Built, Certified—Not Yet Handed Over

In August 2026, Privilege Marine issued the EU Declaration of Conformity and Builder’s Certificate for S/Y Lucky Enough, Privilege 650 build number 9. Those documents establish identity, principal particulars and construction by the yard.

They do not prove final owner acceptance. An August 18 builder email said handover was coming soon and asked which registration documents were required. Until a signed acceptance or equivalent handover record is in the archive, the accurate status is: built and certified, with commissioning and handover still to be closed.

What happens next

The journal will add launch, sea trials, defect closure and handover as separate dated entries when the corresponding evidence is available.
